Maryborough State High School is pleased to offer students the opportunity to be immersed in the world of chess. Students from Year 6 and above are invited to join our Maryborough State High School Chess Club, learn the rules, different openings, traps and much more. Come along and have some fun!
Students may attend on a purely social/fun basis or can elect to form a competitive team and participate in multiple tournaments held throughout the year.
Maryborough State High School Chess Club will be held every Thursday from 3-4pm in the HUB/Library at Maryborough State High School, Kent St.
